Steinfort Adventure offers plenty of outdoor action, but it also stands for environmentally-aware eco-tourism. Climbing up among the tree-tops calls for courage and concentration! Depending on how advanced a climber you are, you can choose between ten circuits of different levels of difficulty. Even four-year-old mini-climbers are allowed to do the Monkey and Tiger routes. Visitors to the park are also encouraged to explore the woodland ecosystem, go for walks and have picnics.

In the 19th century, Steinfort enjoyed an economic boom, closely linked to the construction of the smelting furnace and crushers in 1846. The Steinfort installations closed at the beginning of the 1930s. Nowadays the former ironworks houses a modern cultural centre, but the industrial heritage has not been forgotten; an exhibition documents the site’s history.
