Claude, a trained sommelier whose reputation is second to none, will be able to advise you on a multitude of wines; from aperitif to dessert. Always prepared with respect for the original flavours of the product, as well as considering the current season, our preparations right down to the bread are made in our kitchens. We strive to highlight local producers, by collaborating with the Sou schmaart Lëtzebuerg program. We are a member of Euro-toques Luxembourg and Ambassadeurs des Vins et Crémants de Luxembourg.
