Mensdorf, Op den Hoehlerchen

The well-marked beautiful hiking trail takes you through the peaceful natural landscape around Widdebierg. You follow the markings and ascend the wooded Widdebierg. This fairly strenuous climb up to the forested plateau is definitely worth it due to the unbeatable panoramic views. From there, you continue through fields and orchards back to Mensdorf.

The "Käschtewee" (chestnut path) starts in the rue de l'Eglise in Mensdorf and leads along beautiful views into the forest. In the "Rankebësch", you will pass old cellars where beer, among other things, used to be cooled and stored.
