It was upon hearing a little Julie, 4, say after eating her chocolate mousse, "My tongue is smiling" that Cyril Molard thought he would name his restaurant as well. Because that is the essence of his job: to provide pleasure to people. And what better way to see smiles light up faces than tableware. Since 2008, Cyril Molard has therefore opened his brand, located in Moutfort, after having been executive chef of Hôtel Le Royal for eight years. From the first year, he obtains a star in the Michelin Guide. “Cooking is a priesthood, but so much remains to be explored that my desire is endless…” “I want to cook comprehensible and tasty cuisine, where each product is highlighted” On the menu, this season, with a blue lobster, cooked with the scent of ginger, sweet potatoes in coconut milk, lime paste and cooked and raw vegetables from Anne Bertin… An ode to pleasures and an invitation to discover delicate and infinitely good flavors.

The circular route starts at the community center in Trintingen and leads up the Kirchewee to the St. Stephen's Chapel. It continues past beautiful orchards and the Kiischtenbongert, where you can get information about the variety of cherry types. On the footpath running below the forest, explanations continue about the Roman road, the cultural landscape and forest formations. After crossing a small wooden footbridge, you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the agricultural land. At the end, you are again immersed in the old agricultural architecture and return to the starting point.
